As your instructor, I'm here to help you get the benefits of a regular Pilates practice...

My classes are mat based (not reformer) and follow the traditional exercises, while using equipment such as the Pilates ball and bands​
​
Beginners are very welcome to all classes, and all levels are catered for. Please let me know in advance if you have a specific injury or issue you'd like to work on.

Joseph Pilates famous quote says: "in 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a new body!"
