How it works

Before we start
The first step is to sign up to the next intake, you can do that below

Once you're signed up you'll receive an email with links to 3 videos to watch. These answer lots of the common initial questions that women have so please do watch them!
​& exercise history, and allows me to calculate your nutrition targets for the 40 days

Personalised targets
In your welcome email you'll be asked to complete a short questionnaire. This helps me to understand more about you, your diet, and allows me to get to work on your personal nutrition targets.
The weekend before we start you'll receive an email with ​ your personalised nutrition targets.

Let's go !
On the first day of the 40 you'll gain access to your workouts and habit tracking in PT hub
I'll add you to our amazing community WhatsApp group where you'll find lots of other women support & encouraging each other.

Weekly review
Each Friday you'll receive your check in form to complete.
​
This is your chance to reflect on your progress, let me know what's working well and shout for help if anything isn't!
I'll encourage you to set your intentions for the coming week.

At the end of the 40 days you're officially a graduate of the programme!

We'll have a final check in and celebrate your progress.

There's no commitment to stay, but many women want the continued focus and support of the Focused group
